Every file you upload lives in the Document library, whether it's tagged to a checklist item or not.

• Upload from a checklist item, or straight into the library and tag it afterwards.
• One document can be tagged to several checklist items. Your incorporation certificate might satisfy two at once.
• Untag or Mark needs update from the item when something changes.

The library is the full picture. The checklist is what investors are looking for. Keep both honest.
