Notifications

Notifications is a running record of what's happened in your account, filterable across security, cap table, data room, legal, and billing events.

Use it to answer questions like when a document was shared, when a security was issued, or when someone signed in. Everything is timestamped.

Choose what you're alerted about under Settings → Notifications.
