Legal Room is private document storage for contracts and corporate records. Nothing here is shared unless you choose to share it.

Upload: PDF, DOCX, PNG, or JPG, up to 25MB. There's no OCR, so a scanned image PDF won't be read as text. Add a name and pick a category: Contracts, Corporate, Licenses, Other, or one you've created.

AI suggestions. BildrX reads the document and may suggest a category and key dates. When it can't find a reliable signal, it says so rather than guessing. Review suggestions before accepting them.

Push to Data Room. Each document has a toggle that copies it into your Data Room. Use it for the documents investors legitimately need, like your incorporation certificate, and leave the rest private. Employment agreements and client contracts usually stay in the Legal Room.
